Saturday morning Fit Club workouts @ Oregon Ridge Park:
April / May – October | Saturdays from 8 – 9 am
A free boot camp style workout for all members, friends, and clients. Workouts change every week and involve kettlebells, ropes, hill sprints, body weight exercises, trails, metabolic circuits, and more.
