Enjoy all the benefits of personal training for a fraction of the cost.  Group sizes range from 3 – 12 clients per session. The 45 minute training sessions promote a team atmosphere, covers proper lifting technique, and you’ll see actual results.

Put it this way…. If you’re doing one lift per week, you’d better already be training with me one on one or have a steady schedule of classes plus another lift on your own.  If not, do two lifts per week.  Dedicate the time and work!!

You can mix and match your weekly schedule, either way you’ll have a total of 8 or 16 sessions.

All participants must have their spot reserved and paid for before we start training.

Both packages are less that $20.00 per session with the bigger discount in the 16 session pack.  Normal 45 minute PT rates range from $40.00 – $60.00 per session

The schedule, which you can pick the 1 or 2 sessions per week depending on your schedule, will be:

( 8 weeks)

Mondays: 12:15 – 1 PM

Mondays: 6:00 – 6:45 PM

Wednesdays: 6:00 – 6:45 PM

Fridays: 12:15 – 1 PM
