We are currently programming one of the top nutritional programs and coaching systems, Precision Nutrition, for our members at Red Brook Health in hopes to emphasize the importance of proper nutrition.
Good nutrition equals results. There is a consistent relationship between the adoption of nutrition principles and the rate of body change.
We now have a certified nutrition coach, Taylor, that has the proper tools to make those changes. What is the point of killing yourself in the gym, eating the same crap, and not seeing results?Something needs to change.
Taylor Chamberlain, Certified Precision Nutrition Coach offers a 12-week program for men and women with busy lives who want personal accountability, a structured nutrition program to follow, and a coach to help keep them consistent and on-track.
Once you make the commitment to get in better shape, Taylor will be with you every step of the way. When life pushes you around and difficulties come up, Taylor will help you push back.
12-Week Package Includes:
Day #1: Client Enrollment. Receive initial client questionnaires to fill out as well as giving payment for package chosen. Measurements and photos taken. (15 min)
Week #1: Initial consultation. Results of questionnaires and assessments are explained to client, set goals, and begin to make initial suggestions for improvement. (60 mins)
Checkup #1: Follow up assessments, outcome based decision making to modify clients program, and deliver initial nutrition lesson. (60 mins)
Checkups #2-6: Follow up assessments, adjustments to program, and deliver follow-up nutrition lessons. (each 60 mins)

Group-Setting 45 Minute Classes:
The goal of the 45 minute nutritional group setting course is to educate and help clients build the habits they need to get results that last for the rest of their lives.
The cost is only $20.00. Considering the information you’re receiving and the cost of a nutritionist, you can’t beat it.
Friday, April 1st: 12:15 pm – 1 pm.
The main focus of the program is to strategically help you improve your eating and exercise habits—all within the context of your day-to-day life. It is not a crazy diet or exercise program to follow. The purpose instead, is to educate and help clients build the habits they need to get results that last for the rest of their lives.
